Lyn has ten years experience in massage therapy, utilizing Swedish, Connective Tissue, Neuromuscular, Aromatherapy and Polarity therapies. At every session, you and Lyn will create a unique and holistic healing experience together, incorporating any combination of these modalities based on what you are feeling and needing in the now.
Lyn also provides a unique style of massage called Lomi Lomi, an ancient Hawaiian healing art practiced by native Hawaiians, known for its long flowing dance-like strokes and gentle rocking, stretching and joint rotations. Music incorporating gentle drumming and melodic chants along with unique oils blends of exotic essential oils guides your dynamic experience.
